Both sides slightly stylized, the reverse a bit more so; unexplained markings before Salus' face; somewhat crude but accurate obverse legend; no reverse legend. The obverse would be classified as Copy were it paired with the proper reverse.

M228+. Obverse type of L. Sempronius Pitio, reverse type probably of Lucius Appuleius Saturninus, after 104 BC; cf. Cr-216/1 (O) and 317/3b (R), 4.44g, serrate. Both sides stylized; no legends other than obverse X and reverse O above and T below horses, one or the other inappropriate. None of the possible prototypes accounts for the serration; presumably, the Dacian minter remembered other serrate coins. See 242+ for another example of this obverse die.
